We are beyond excited to feature the work of William "Bubba" Flint at Holistic Haven.

Bubba's artwork is colorful, playful, unexpected, and full of personality. From musicians and beloved pets to pop culture, Halloween characters, and his iconic tiki-inspired creations, his work has a way of capturing something familiar and turning it into something completely his own.
​
This one is especially meaningful to us. Bubba's work has been a personal favorite of mine for many years. Several of his pieces live in my own home, and I've had him create custom artwork that I've gifted to some of the people closest to me. His art has always brought me so much joy, and having his work displayed at Holistic Haven feels incredibly special.
Meet Bubba
William "Bubba" Flint earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in painting, but his creative career has taken him far beyond the traditional canvas.
​
An avid painter and award-winning syndicated editorial cartoonist, Bubba's work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, and galleries across the country. He has illustrated more than 20 children's books, designed countless T-shirts for businesses, organizations, and special events, and created rock concert posters for artists ranging from Alice Cooper to The Polyphonic Spree.

His artwork has even made appearances on NBC and The Discovery Channel.
​
Despite an impressive résumé, there's an approachable playfulness to Bubba's work that makes it instantly recognizable... and incredibly fun to live with.

A Little Connection to Canton
Bubba isn't exactly a stranger to our little corner of Texas.
​
He's a regular visitor to Canton during First Monday, where he hunts for unique frames to give new life to through his artwork. Knowing that he already has a connection to and appreciation for our community makes having his work at Holistic Haven feel even more fitting.
​
We love that some of the frames surrounding his art may have their own history and story before becoming part of something entirely new.
